Product Description
KB1047HIF insulation foam utilizes a modified polymer matrix integrated with multiple thermal barrier fillers to form a multi-layered structure. These fillers feature ultra-low thermal conductivity, creating effective heat-blocking barriers within the foam that significantly impede thermal transfer. Simultaneously, they enhance the foam's mechanical properties by improving compressive strength and abrasion resistance.
Engineered for application-specific optimization, KB1047HIF can be customized to balance thermal insulation, lightweight characteristics, and mechanical strength - delivering optimal thermal management and comprehensive performance tailored to distinct operational requirements.
The foam is environmentally compliant, non-toxic, and odorless. It exhibits fire resistance and flame retardancy with exceptional low smoke density and toxicity. Additional properties include outstanding weather resistance (UV/ozone resistance), thermal stability across extreme temperatures, and superior electrical insulation performance.

KB1047HIF is widely used for thermal insulation, shock absorption, and mechanical protection in high-performance energy systems. In new energy vehicles (NEVs), it serves as a cushioning and thermal barrier material between square battery cells, helping to mitigate mechanical stress, reduce vibration impact, and prevent thermal propagation under abnormal operating conditions.
In the power industry, it functions as a cushioning and lamination layer in power modules, electrical enclosures, and transformer systems, where it absorbs shocks, maintains structural spacing, and enhances system safety during long-term thermal cycling. Its high temperature stability, flame resistance, and electrical insulation make it ideal for electronic environments where both fire protection and durable mechanical support are essential.
Each thermal pad is protected with a PET release liner on both sides to prevent contamination and deformation. Pads are stacked in layers, separated by film or interleaving paper to avoid surface damage.
Pads are packed into anti-static bags or sealed PE film, then placed into a corrugated plastic (PP) box or rigid export-grade carton to prevent bending and moisture intrusion.
