Product Description
Nano Insulation Boards are high-performance thermal insulation materials designed for EV battery packs, energy storage systems (ESS), and high-voltage electronic applications. Engineered with nano microporous technology, these insulation boards provide exceptional thermal resistance, flame retardancy, and thermal runaway protection in compact battery structures.
As EV and ESS systems continue moving toward higher energy density, battery safety and thermal management have become critical design priorities. Nano microporous insulation materials are increasingly adopted in battery pack passive fire protection because they can effectively delay heat transfer and suppress thermal propagation in limited installation spaces.
Thermal conductivity as low as 0.018–0.030 W/m·K, effectively blocking heat transfer between battery cells.
Available from 1mm to 10mm thickness, helping reduce battery pack size and weight while maintaining safety performance.
